Darlings! Welcome to ME!! Honey, you're either going to "get" me and know my heart and my intent or you're not going to "get" me at all. If you don't, know your limitations and just back away from the keyboard after clicking the little "X" in the box on the upper right corner of your browser window, ne'er to return again. May you have happiness all of your days. If you enjoy what I do, then pull up a chaise by the pool and stay a while. If that's the case, you're the very person I'm writing this column for anyway. I don't write to please the masses or kiss anyone's ass. Everything you read here will be from my heart, off my cuff and dead on honest. If you want a good read designed to offend no one, go to ABC.com because they are great at what they do. If you want to hear what I really think about soaps, life, etc, then WELCOME! This is an opinion column filled with gossip and rumors and, well, my opinion. It may not agree with yours and I'm good with that. I suggest that if you want to read on, you make peace with that as well and leave your weapons with my Marshall, Lenore, before you enter town. You'll get them back when you leave town. Believe me, you'll need them for some sites on the net and I don't want my loveys to go unarmed into war! Remember to click that smiley globe in the links above to help EOS!

2002 11pm | Hello Darlings!!!!
| AAAGGGHHHH!!  How could I forget???
Yes, yes, yes!  My Sweet Baboo, Ninalou has reminded me that I TOTALLY
DIDN'T MENTION that sources are confirming that yes, Jackson appears to be
Greenlee's DADDY!!  Whoa!!  I'm going to be seriously pissed if they
don't milk this into a full gallon story for Jack because FINALLY it's
something that has very little to do with Erica, although of course she'll be
all up in that shit, but hey!  The nucleus is about Greenlee, Jackson,
Mary (I suppose, though I could do without her) and the soon to be late Roger
Smythe!  Beee-yootiful. AND (wake up, Alfred!) recognize anyone in this picture that some kind person posted to our message board?? Hint: It's not me. In following the link backwards from the pic url, I found a great site for purchasing various leather gear, ball gags and cock rings!!! O Happy Day!! : Þ Now what did I do with Bender and Ginger's address??? *shuffle*shuffle*shuffle*

Darlings!!
Sage is in the hizzouse and is ready to dish on some soaps!
I wanted like hell to update the Pfft
Page (and you KNOW I still will) but my faverit screen caps site
doesn’t have any new ones up.  Oh
well.  Screw it.  I’m
gonna update with no pickies!!  Be
right back! OK, that’s done. So Friday was my birthday and I’m having this whole courting my mortality thing. Going through the pictures was
melancholy with the mood I’ve been in lately.
My mom has not been doing well at all since her “fall” (grrr)
and is so sad about all that has happened with Ginger.
She isn’t sleeping well and doesn’t get out of the bed much, so
there’s lots of care involved.  I
don’t mind because she definitely took good care of me when I was
growing up and I’ve never been more grateful that I chose not to marry
and have children of my own because mom needs me and I’m glad I can be
here for her.  All of the
other Bourland kids are involved with their own lives, so it worked out
great that I can be here with her.  We
spend a lot of time watching shows, me reading to her (books and e-mails
from the Ho’s and other Sage readers), listening to music, playing board
games and working jigsaw puzzles.  I
try to keep her busy a lot of the time because she tends to sleep too much
when she’s depressed and stays all groggy all the time.
She has a pretty sharp mind and I don’t want it to drift away
from me.  Unfortunately, that really limits the amount of computer time
I get, so my columns aren’t through the week any more, but tend to just
land on Mondays and bits added to the message board off and on.  I’m so grateful that it all worked out perfectly with me
retiring from hairdressing right as her health was starting to
deteriorate.  I can’t
imagine working now and taking care of her as well.
She sits out in the herb garden with me as I weed and take care of
“the babies” as she calls her plants.
The lemon balm and chamomile is really doing well this year and the
butterflies are all over the lavender, which she loves.
Our hummingbird feeder has been busy for the first time in years.
Normally, they shy away because of the cats, but everyone seems to
be living in harmony this year.  Bijou
and Sassy Sadie (our puppies) are getting old as well, but still get
around OK.  Bijou is blind in
one eye from glaucoma, but still pretty active.
She just isn’t that great at turning corners to the right.
;) All of the older pictures are entrusted to Marji, the oldest sister, but I have my own from the past few years. I was looking at the pics we took when I hauled Mom to Reno last June. She was still so active then and it’s hard to see how far down she’s dropped in just a year’s time. I remember she won a ton of money on the nickel slots, like $1500. My birthday was anticlimactic. Mom was sleeping for most of the day. I don’t think she even realizes now that it passed already. A few of the girls called to say hi (Ginger didn’t, big surprise) and our neighbor lady brought over a cake. Kye and Vince brought the girls over for a short visit and brought pizza (yum). They left around 7pm and I was left to my own devices. Forty-four-years-old. I thought about how if I ultimately live to be as old as mom, I’m about half done. I wondered where I’d be this time next year, given all of the changes this year brought. After checking on mom, I built a bonfire in the firepit out back and lay there looking up at the stars, listening to “We Will Rock You,” by Queen blasting on my headphones. Jupiter was particularly bright. After a while, I went upstairs and got some sleep. It was peaceful. It was reflective and after the big party the girls threw for me last year, it was appropriate...also was timely, considering how weird things are right now with Mom back and forth. I never, ever know what kind of day it’s going to be when I open my eyes in the morning, but that puts a person in a great place to never take the good stuff for granted. Anyway, enough of this and on with the soaps.
Loveys!
When I first saw Leo punch out Roger, I thought AMC was going to
wuss out on Leo shooting Roger.  Given
the spoilers that ROGER is supposedly going to ATTACK Greenlee (wha’?)
and that Wolf (in case you’re confused, that’s the Guy’s Ugly Creepy
Butler Guy is pouncing around Pine Valley with blow guns and doctor’s
coats and such, this wedding should be a kicker!
They WILL tie the knot, but there are going to be PLENTY of
surprises!!  It won’t be an
eppy to miss, darlings! Oh puh-lease!
How long are we going to have to look at Maria’s bug eyes, gaping
at the camera like a deer caught in headlights.
Get ON with it already!  To Aiden I have two words:
MORE SWEAT!! I was a bawling my eyes out when
Chris and Ryan were saying good-bye and truly felt I could have been of
great comfort to either of them (or both).
It would be my duty. Look for romance to blossom between
the two newest Who Cares characters, Maggie and Tim.
I wonder how Binks is going to feel about that?
No worries...she has a woman of her own on the horizon!
Let’s hope she trades up this time! Kendall, honey, if you don’t want
them to throw you away like a piece of trash, then I’d suggest you stop
dressing like a crack whore, move out of the seedy motel where you live
and wash your Pic N Save mascara of your mug.
Doesn’t NuMateo look like he
should be hanging out with the Lords of Flatbush or The Warriors?
No more Tora Tora Tora!
Troy and Nora are not long for this world, it seems.
Is he going to fall for Blair after all?
Nope!  She’s destined
for Sam and our boy Troy is headed right back to Lindsay!
Nora?  It’s
anybody’s ball game, but they’ve already said No to Bora! Looks like Rae’s indiscretion is
not going to go unnoticed.  Just
wait for Asa to get hold of that tasty morsel and let it loose at the
Woman of the Year banquet!  Rae
and Hank will grow closer, even as he is faced with the prospect of
pressing charges!  Sparks will
fly again when RJ once again meets up with the love of his past, Elizabeth
Reynolds.  Word is she’s
being cast with a big name soap star. Yep, Eric Torpey is talking about leaving the show and it might be in a big way!
We have heard from the top that the
official fan site of one of our favorite GH stars, Constance Towers, is on
the move!  You can now find
the site at its own domain:  www.constancetowers.com. Yep, big ELQ crypt go boom and
although Jason is able to save Elizabeth, Zander ends up back in the
hospital.  Jason and Liz are a
go and although there will be some triangle play for a while, Zander will
have his own woman by Fall.  No
word yet on who it was since the Kristina plan was nixed, but the
consensus is that someone new will be coming into play. The GH vet female who is slated to
die is Felicia as a result of exploring Roy’s life.
Roy is the one who will be swiping Pier 52 out from under Sonny and
Mr Mobster is NOT happy about it. Just because Jason dumps the news
to Sonny that Alexis is pregnant (he sees her medical info at her
penthouse, but the father’s name is blank), it doesn’t mean that Sonny
will know it’s his.   Look
for Ned to step up to the plate and claim the peanut as his own.
That’s one of the “surprises” for Alexis this month, the
other being the untimely death of her sister, Kristina in a car crash.
Other than a sexfest with Ned and a fuss she has when she finds out
about Alexis’ condition, don’t look for many scenes with Kristina.
Guza just isn’t into writing for the character.
As of this morning, there has still
been no decision made on whether or not Alexis will carry the baby to
term, but regardless, Ned and Alexis are far, far from over.
Carly will be busy helping Alexis keep the paternity of her child
covered up, even going so far as to give Alexis pointers on how to
effectively lie.  Alexis moves
into Brenda’s cottage (this is just a rumor, but it’s a strong one)
and Jason moves into the penthouse.  He
continues to be a comfort for Carly and although there will be bumps in
the road, S&C are a go for a while, so don’t look for a Carly and
Jason fling. Alan swings his...medallions at
Rick yet again and Monica’s little heart goes pitty patter.
What a sick family. Speaking of sick, watch Sarah
carefully because Miss Nutjob is about to go high order and snap like a
matchstick.  She should be
gone within a few weeks. As I was saying before, don’t
count Genie Francis out yet!  She’s
definitely back after vacation and possibly for a long while!
Laura’s mystery with the attic and dreams to come will be
explored, but you can take your focus off of Rick as the bad guy in this
one.  Who is Zander?
I’m going for Brenda Barrett’s brother or a Cassadine.
Yes, Nik and Gia will have a bit of
jealousy to contend with as Nik bristles over Lucky’s attention to Gia.
Don’t expect it to last, because I have it on the downlow that
Jacob Young is indeed out of there before too long. News is light and the banners are
giving me a headache, so I’m not getting into them much right now.
For a full exploration, check out our message board.
There are some really sharp people there who are figuring out
things like mad!  The link is
at the top of this page. See you soon, Darlings! Love
you! | |||||||||
