Erin Torpey plays Jessica Buchanan, the youngest daughter of Victoria Lord and Clint Buchanan.  As an infant, Jessica was kidnapped by a religious cult, and her life has only gotten more interesting since then.   Recently, Jessica lost her virginity to Will Rappaport while they were drunk, got pregnant and lost the baby, Megan Victoria due to a car accident. 

Erin was born on February 14, 1981, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and  joined the cast of One Life to Live at the age of eight.  Her portrayal of Jessica Buchanan earned her the Soap Opera Award in 1997 for Outstanding Teen Performer, and again in 2000 for Favorite Teen Star.  She made her debut on the Broadway stage in the 1990 revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, starring Charles Durning and Kathleen Turner.  Erin’s next appearance on Broadway was at age 11, in the musical version of Neil Simon's The Goodbye Girl, starring Bernadette Peters and Martin Short. 

Erin has appeared in stage productions of Evita and Annie, among others, and can be heard on several television and radio jingles. When she is not working on One Life to Live, she enjoys singing, rollerblading, tennis, swimming, and talking on the phone.  Erin lives in Pennsylvania with her parents and sister, Shannon.
